Here's what I'm saying So What to this week...
*** if I'm proud of myself for finally diving into the world of mismatched socks.
*** if I'm still engrossed in One Tree Hill on Netflix.
*** if these are the two most important men in my life, Papa and my nephew Grant. Who needs anyone else?
| Annual overalls in front of the train Great Grandpa Peter's engineered picture. |
*** if I woke up and thought it was Saturday and then got sad when I realized it was Wednesday. Boooooo.
*** if I don't eat tomatoes but I'm growing Roma tomatoes in my back yard. I'm super thrilled because there are 3 'maters on Rita the Roma plant!
| Look at those pretty tomatoes! |
*** if I drank an entire 32oz. Diet Dew before 9am. Don't judge.
What are you saying So What to this week?

yay for embracing mix-matched socks!
ReplyDeleteThey still make me a little uneasy so I just forget I have them on. :)
Deleteso happy u tried the socks!
ReplyDeleteTheir only saving grace is that I don't have to pair them up in the laundry! :)
DeleteMismatched socks are the way to go. I do it with mine mostly because I hate pairing them so damn much. However, when I do the same with The Prince's socks and just put them in his drawer all as singles, he throws a hissy fit. It goes something like this:
ReplyDelete"Whyyy are my sooccckkkkks not in paaaaiirrrrzzzz"
"Because DO YOUR OWN LAUNDRY."
"Noooo, now I don't know which ones go togethhheerrrrr!"
And then I want to slam my head into the wall because ALL OF HIS SOCKS ARE WHITE, which means that literally all of them would go with ANY other one.
BOYS, I tell you.
Bahahahaha. This comment made my day!! LOVE LOVE LOVE
DeleteYay for mismatched socks! They make life so much easier, especially for my just-turned-six daughter!
ReplyDeleteThey certainly do make doing laundry easier! Thanks for stopping in.
DeleteI used to rock mismatched socks when I was little. Not so much anymore though. And I learned a fun fact today via the Twatter. Americans consume the most calories from soda. Totally not judging. Just giving a little insight for the day. You can go ahead and slap me now :)
ReplyDeleteWay to ruin a good Diet Dew, Erin. I forgive you simply because of your cherry post yesterday. ;)
DeleteI never watched One Tree Hill before, but so many people talk about it, I really want to get into it!
ReplyDeleteBe careful...it's addictive. Some of the story lines are a little out there, but it's a good one. I'm into season 8 now and don't want it to end because they haven't posted season 9 yet! Thanks for popping in!
