Remember when I told you I was obsessed with using my waffle iron in unconventional ways?  Well, I'm up to it again.
Last week I made Mini Sloppy Joe Biscuit Waffles for Sis last week.
This go around I used regular little biscuits instead of the Grands size.  This allowed me to cook 4 little ones at a time.
Simply spray your waffle iron with cooking spray, place your dough in the waffle spaces, close the lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
When they were done I brushed them lightly with melted butter.
Then all I needed to do was top them with a standard sloppy joe mix and some cheese.
They were delicious!
Sis and I both agreed we'd both have them again.
I also won her over with my unconventional waffle iron uses.  She's going to give them a try and you should too.

This recipe was shared on some of these lovely blogs.
