On my blogging hiatus a couple of weeks ago I tried a new version of pizza crisps.  I initially made some BLT pizza crispsfor a Super Bowl party, but decided to give the classic version a try with some things I had in the fridge.

These really couldn't be simpler.
Spray your cookie sheet, lay out the wanton wrappers, give them a light spray with cooking spray, then top with your favorite pizza toppings.
I topped mine with sharp cheddar, pepperoni, and black pepper.
Throw them in the oven at 375* for about 8-10 minutes.
And serve them with some pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.
They are so delicious and easy.  

This weekend I have a date with Grant (my adorable almost 2 year old nephew) and Jackson (my adopted as a nephew 3 year old son of my friend Lauren).  Their parents will be there, but let's face it, it's all about the swings, slides, tickles, and laughter with those boys.
